Standing Cocktail Buffet
- Crawfish Florentine dip with homemade toast points
- Grilled Prime rib flautas with fire-roasted onions and peppers, served with Chipotle barbecue sauce and sour cream
- Japanese bread crumb crusted seafood cakes with a sauce Creolaise
- Thai chicken pinwheels with peanut Satay
- Melange of fresh Gulf seafood set in a Lobster Americana sauce over bow tie pasta
- Miniature Muffulettas with homemade olive salad, Genoa salami, and provolone cheese
- Smoked BBQ Shrimp cheese cake topped with a Tobasco pepperjelly served with homemade bruschetta crisps
- “Oysters LA Grill”- fried oysters baked with a spinach and Pepper jack topping
- Marinated pork loin carved and plattered and served with Creole mustard, green peppercorn mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard served with assorted tea buns
There will also be a live DJ on hand to spin all of those 80’s hits you forgot about along with contemporary hits as well. Additionally, a live band will start at 10 pm and those wishing to stay longer may do so. Food will stop being served at that point, but the bar will remain open.
There will also be door prizes along with a multimedia presentation put together by Richard Taubin of our years at CHS!
Pricing Breakdown:
Food and Beverage: $50.00 per person
Cash bar: Pay per drink
*Draft beer, White and Red wine (California Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabarnet) are included in the $50.00 per person cost along with bar setups too (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, etc.)
